Controller
The controller responsible for processing your personal data is Verein challenger-tricamp.ch, reachable at info@challenger-tricamp.ch. This policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Camp registration
For registration we process the information in the registration form: name, address, date of birth, sex, native language, nationality, AHV number (Swiss social security number), parents’ contact details, dietary and health information, performance level and T-shirt size. We use this data solely to organise and run the camp. Health information is used for safety during the camp and is only accessible to the coaches. We report name, date of birth, nationality and AHV number to Youth+Sport (FOSPO), as the camp is run as a J+S camp.
Newsletter
For the newsletter we store your email address and, if you wish, your name. Sign-up uses a confirmation link (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter.
Contact by email
If you write to us, we only use your details to answer your enquiry.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by cyon AG in Switzerland. When you visit the website, technically necessary data such as IP address, time and page visited are briefly stored in server logs to ensure secure operation.
Cookies
We only use technically necessary cookies, for example to remember your chosen language. We do not use any analytics or advertising tools.
Retention
We keep registration data only as long as necessary for the camp, J+S reporting and any legal obligations. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. To do so, write to us at info@challenger-tricamp.ch.
